These terms describe use of Rate Me Now’s review collection, company management and website feed tools. Questions can be sent to info@ratemenow.co.uk.
Accounts and authorised access
Use accurate account and business information, protect your sign-in details and only access companies and accounts you are authorised to manage. Tell us promptly if you believe an account has been misused. Company administrators are responsible for assigning appropriate access to their team.
Review content and permissions
Only submit or import feedback that accurately reflects the customer’s experience and that you have permission to use. Do not invent ratings, customer identities, photographs or job locations. Do not submit unlawful, abusive, misleading or confidential material. You remain responsible for the rights and permissions needed to display customer names, words, logos and images.
Publication and moderation
New submissions may await staff approval. Authorised staff can edit publication status and handle reported concerns. Publication is not independent verification by Rate Me Now of every statement or the quality of the work. Contact us or use available reporting tools if content needs correction or removal.
Website feeds
You may embed your company’s published feed on a website you are authorised to manage. Feed availability and appearance depend on website settings, browser restrictions and network access. Optional audio and moving content should be used with consideration for visitors. Keep required third-party credits where applicable.
Search visibility and reporting
Fresh customer content can help visitors understand a business. Rate Me Now does not guarantee search-engine indexing, ranking, traffic or sales. Any graph marked as sample or demonstration data is illustrative and is not a measurement or forecast. External reporting requires the relevant account owner’s authorisation.
Availability and changes
We may maintain, update or temporarily restrict features to protect the service and its users. Keep your own copies of important business material. We will provide information about significant service changes where appropriate.
Paid features
A paid Company Manager upgrade is planned for later development. Any paid service will have its pricing, included features and billing terms presented separately before purchase. No payment commitment is created by viewing a demonstration.
