I have received a good advice which was important as I did not know the product.. it a quick response to my enquiry. They have come and sorted it out for me rapidly with the best possible outcome. I m so happy with the result ! It looks amazing !
First rendering ltd did a very nice job of silicone rendering my whole house including the new first floor extension They were clean and tidy and all the lads worked very hard I would be happy to give their number to anyone that asks me
From the first contact with Kas the whole process from start to finish has been excellent throughout from the advice on the external insulation through to the final rendering. The completed work has transformed the appearance of our property, the workmanship from the team has been top notch. I would highly recommend First Renderers.
Always great job done lots for us over the last few years always a crisp job we don’t use anyone else
Great service excellent finish will use Cas and his guys again for sure.
Kas and the team did an absolutely fantastic job, and went above and beyond. The whole look of the house has completely changed and the speed in which the team completed it was amazing. They were very flexible and open to different solutions and always hears us out when. 10 out of 10 job. Thank you.
Great team and excellent finish.
Kas Reka of First Renderers did an outstanding job of sorting out a very poor rendering installation by another builder. He worked closely with K-rend to make sure everything was correct for our 30 year warranty. His communication was excellent and he made sure I always knew what was planned and if any unexpected problems arose. His team were very impressive, working efficiently, letting us know what was being done and being very tidy each day. Kas also arranged a roofer to sort out some unexpected problems and was very fair with the extra costs. The work was completed inside the estimated time, all site was cleaned up and is a high standard finish. Kas’s quote was not the cheapest, but we got great value for money as the work was so thorough, professional and the quality is so high. I would use Kas again and highly recommend First Renderers.
Good job And honest people 10/10
Over the past 7 years we have used First Renderers Ltd on every job that has involved traditional rendering, k-rend / monocouche. Their prep, application, finish & clean up is quality. Friendly workforce too. Will continue to use for all future projects.
I did my research on trying to find the very best render company that I could.. I got recommended this company by two manufacturers of different render products and I can say without any question I have never worked with a team that has worked harder and done a better job. I’m not one for writing reviews but I felt I had to on this occasion
Was well informed of the process of works to be done. It was a stress free as the workers were very understanding and made sure my disabled son was able to go and fro from the house on his wheelchair. Cleaned up every day before they left and took any rubbish with them as I opted not to have a skip on my drive. If I was to look for any negatives, it would be that protection of windows and window boards could have been a little better, but over all very happy with the rendering and would most definitely recommend Kas and his team if you are looking for a quality job. Thank you to First Renderers Ltd, our house now looks like a new build. ?
